Registration Information

Please complete the Registration Form and fax to the MSC office at 1.704.234.2800.

Attendance and lunch are included in the cost of registration.

Registration can also be made by phone at 1.704.234.2600.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be confirmed IN WRITING (via email) by September 26, 2008 for a full refund. The MSC will confirm via email the receipt of cancellation requests. NO cancellations will be accepted by phone. After September 26, 2008, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be applied to cover the cost of confirmed expenses.

Refunds will not be granted after October 3, 2008.
